Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

As an SDR at Brand Bongo, you’re the first human voice many prospects hear. You’ll research local and growing businesses, run outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn), and turn interest into booked strategy calls. We want a go-getter who likes the hunt, isn’t afraid of AI-assisted prospecting, and wants a clear path toward AE.

What you'll do

• Source and qualify inbound and outbound leads for website, ads, and Sales & Follow-Up offers
• Run daily outreach sequences and book discovery / strategy calls for Account Executives
• Keep the CRM clean: notes, stages, next steps, and source tracking
• Partner with marketing on messaging tests and follow-up experiments
• Hit activity and meeting-set targets — and help raise the bar as you grow

What we're looking for

• 1+ years in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or high-volume customer outreach
• Comfortable on the phone and in writing with owner-operators
• Organized, coachable, and competitive without being a jerk
• Curious about AI tools that speed research and personalization
• Authorized to work remotely in the United States

Nice to have

• Agency, SaaS, or local-services sales experience
• Familiarity with modern CRM / sales engagement tools
• Bilingual English/Spanish
