Client Support Specialist

About the role

Client Support Specialists make Brand Bongo feel human. You’ll triage requests, handle routine website and Care needs, escalate cleanly, and document answers so the whole team gets smarter. Great fit for detail-oriented people who want a path into Success, Delivery, or ops.

What you'll do

• Respond to client requests via inbox / ticketing with speed and clarity
• Complete routine updates and support tasks within Care guidelines
• Triage bugs and complex issues to the right owner with full context
• Maintain help docs and internal macros (including AI-assisted drafts you verify)
• Protect the client experience — no ghosting, no vague status updates

What we're looking for

• 1+ years in customer support, CSR, or client services
• Excellent written English and patience with non-technical clients
• Comfortable learning website and admin tools quickly
• Reliable remote work habits and schedule flexibility within team hours
• Authorized to work remotely in the United States

Nice to have

• Basic WordPress, Webflow, or CMS familiarity
• Experience with help desks (Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
