Client Success Representative

About the role

Client Success Representatives protect the Brand Bongo promise after the sale. You’ll onboard new clients, guide them through Care plans, catch risk early, and find natural expansion opportunities. We want empathetic operators who like systems, AI-assisted follow-up, and growing into CS leadership.

What you'll do

• Run onboarding and check-ins for website and Care clients
• Monitor health signals and proactively solve friction
• Educate clients on updates, reporting, and how to get the most from their plan
• Identify upgrades (Care tiers, add-on services) without sleazy upselling
• Partner with Support and Delivery so issues don’t bounce forever

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing ops
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Organized CRM habits and follow-through
• Calm under pressure; client-first without being a doormat
• Authorized to work remotely in the United States

Nice to have

• Agency or SaaS success experience
• Familiarity with website maintenance / hosting conversations
• Experience with NPS, QBR-lite, or renewal playbooks
