Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

BDRs at Brand Bongo create opportunities that didn’t exist yesterday. You’ll own outbound plays into verticals and geos, experiment with channels, and hand AEs meetings that are actually worth their time. If you like building systems — not just dialing a list — you’ll thrive.

What you'll do

• Design and run outbound campaigns into priority industries and regions
• Identify partnership and referral opportunities (agencies, chambers, complementary vendors)
• Qualify fit: budget awareness, timeline, decision-maker, and service match
• Document learnings so winning plays become team playbooks
• Collaborate with SDRs and AEs so handoffs are clean and fast

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years BDR, outbound sales, or business development experience
• Strong written communication and research habits
• Self-directed — you don’t wait for a perfect lead list
• Comfort using AI and automation to scale personalization ethically
• Authorized to work remotely in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience selling digital services or retainers
• Network in home services, professional services, or ecommerce
• Light experience building sequences or simple automations
