Account Executive, LATAM

About the role

This AE role focuses on LATAM buyers and bilingual opportunities. You’ll close website and growth services for businesses that want a U.S.-caliber partner without the corporate nonsense. Fluent Spanish and strong English are required. Compensation is in USD; hours flex across time zones with overlap to the Scottsdale team.

What you'll do

• Run bilingual discovery, demos, and closings for LATAM and bilingual U.S. Hispanic markets
• Adapt offers and messaging to local context without diluting Brand Bongo standards
• Build pipeline with SDR/BDR support and your own outbound where needed
• Keep CRM hygiene excellent across languages and regions
• Flag product and process improvements that help LATAM clients succeed

What we're looking for

• Fluent Spanish and professional English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years closing digital, agency, or SaaS deals
• Based in LATAM (or strongly connected) with reliable remote setup
• Comfortable selling to owners and decision-makers
• AI-curious and organized

Nice to have

• Experience selling into Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, or similar markets
• Portuguese as a third language
• Prior remote work with a U.S. company
