Account Executive

About the role

Account Executives own the deal from qualified meeting to signed agreement. You’ll diagnose what the business actually needs, recommend the right package without overselling, and set clients up for a smooth handoff to delivery. We want closers who tell the truth — and who want to grow into senior sales or leadership.

What you'll do

• Run discovery and proposal conversations for websites, ads, SEO, and Sales & Follow-Up
• Scope fit, pricing, and timeline in plain English
• Close new business and manage a healthy pipeline in the CRM
• Coordinate with design, success, and ops so promises match delivery
• Continuously improve talk tracks, objection handling, and offer packaging

What we're looking for

• 3+ years closing experience (agency, SaaS, or consultative B2B preferred)
• Comfort presenting remotely and writing clear follow-ups
• High ownership: you don’t blame “the lead quality” for everything
• Excited about AI-assisted selling and modern CRM workflows
• Authorized to work remotely in the United States

Nice to have

• Background selling websites, marketing retainers, or CRM setups
• Experience with small-business owners as buyers
• Track record mentoring SDRs/BDRs
